Sandals Resorts International (SRI) has upgraded the original pre-arrival and on resort app to enhance our guest’s Luxury All Included® experience. This upgrade will provide new functionality and solutions to customers once they book including new Sandals Select rewards program information, vacation add on transactions, resort research, and more.
Here are just a few highlights that will enhance guests’ vacation experience from pre-arrival to post-travel:
PRE-ARRIVAL
- View details of upcoming trip(s)
- Make balance payments
- Purchase vacation add-ons
ONCE ON-PROPERTY:
- Special notifications to provide the inside scoop on promotions offered on property
- Included activities information i.e. entertainment, golf and watersports
- Browse the selection of our 5-Star Global Gourmet™ restaurants
POST TRAVEL:
- Post Vacation Survey
- Browse Sandals and Beaches properties to plan your next trip
And if you are a Sandals Select Guest these are a few new features to enhance your membership experience:
- Access your Sandals Select membership card
- Stay up to date with your current point balance as well as view pending points
- View membership status and benefits
The app is available to download in the iPhone and Android app stores. Guests whom already have the app downloaded will receive a push notification to update.
